Bull Elk alpha, bugling across the fog covered field. Inside the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, near Cherokee, North Carolina. The Fall is the time for the rut for these massive animals, and with cooler temperatures, they are very visible and active in the open fields.

I've enjoyed photography as a hobby for decades. Obtaining a multimedia degree from Columbia College in Chicago gave me an eye for composition and the drive to create. I'd finally like to share my artwork with the rest of the world. I dabble in just about every subject matter, but my focus has been wildlife and nature. Living in far western North Carolina, in Appalachia, has given me an opportunity of a lifetime to photograph some of mother nature's finest gifts.
